Ezeh is from En Nugu, Nigeria.

Address: Vista Serdang Apartment (Jalan Kasturi, not far from South City Mall), Block B, 13/F, unit 2....out of lift, turn right, then turn right again, last unit on left, next to staircase. Ezeh stays there with his brother Don/Jack Pedro and another Nigerian man "Morfie" who is a cousin of Nonso (HK's No. 1 Drug Lord)

Ezeh sometimes goes to gathering of Nigerians after 10.45am Mass at St John's Cathedral....under trees in yard next to the cathedral. Ezeh hangs out at Rainforest, Pavilion Mall, Gary's Chicken at The Mines, and at a restaurant opp South City Mall. 

He often travels ... twice went to Nigeria in 2014 (in May-June, and again in August). One African inmate saw him in Nigeria, in Lagos and saw him twice in KL in 2014 when she twice delivered 5kg of ice to him .... she stayed 3 weeks with him and two other men in their KL flat.

He was also seen in Foshan, China, by a Chinese Mainland inmate. His boss is a Chinese-Malaysian man who has "two lines" of mules: one to Hanoi, Vietnam, and one to China via HK.

B:  I know of 6 Indonesian woman in prison in HK who were sent by Ezeh to HK. Some of the early ones arrested gave much info about Ezeh to HK Customs, but info was not used...and Ezeh continued to send others to HK. One of the six died in Queen Elizabeth Hospital on March 27, 2018, from a combination of illnesses including HIV which she told me she contracted from Ezeh.

C: On Sunday Sep 10, 2017, I went to the 10.45 Mass at St John's and then to the Nigerian gathering. Several Nigerian men told me that Ezeh attends the gathering "when there is a celebration" (birthday etc). One of the men who told me this returned to me with another man who himself turns out to be a Drug Lord - Kingbarry 

D: On the afternoon of Sunday Sep 10, 2017 I went to Ezeh's address. Unit was padlocked. Chinese family living opposite (man and his daughter, a university student) recognised Ezeh's photo....said "he comes and goes...and stays with two other men and a woman in the unit...the group have just shifted, about a month ago, to the 13/F"

I did not go to 13/F.  That's a job for people with special skills and maybe special recording equipment. I gave my info to someone I hoped would follow up, but unfortunately there was no follow up.

E: The six Indonesian woman in prison in HK said they were sent from KL to HK by Ezeh....at least two of them being his girlfriends. A letter in English from one of the Indonesian women is here (December 15)

F: Hong Kong High Court and Court of Appeal documents re two of the Indonesian women show the ineffectiveness of Malaysian authorities who said "William could not be found at the apartments at the address provided" ...yet when I went to the apartment on September 10, 2017, I was told by Chinese neighbours living directly opposite Ezeh's unit, when they saw his photo, "yes, he lives there....he comes and goes"!

H: In June 2018 I again went to Kuala Lumpur. On June 21 I again went to Vista Apartments, where Ezeh stays. Security guards confirmed that he and other Nigerians stay there and are usually there at night time. Once again I decided not to try to confront the Nigerians personally .... after a prominent Narcotics police officer whom I phoned said he would follow up. I gave him all my info, but again, sadly, no follow up ... so far.
