2. He was arrested in Suriname, then released.

3. He has been to Hong Kong at least twice. He has sent drug mules to HK.

4. In 2009 an inmate in HK gave Faiz' name to HK Customs. Customs then checked and located a container in the name of Faiz with more than 60kg of cocaine. Yet when Faiz came to HK in 2011-2012 he was not arrested.
