Many details about him are in the South African Broadcasting Commission Special Assignment program "The Last Run" (29 mins, including some commercials): Posing as a homeless man called "Robert" he ingratiated himself into Sylvester's family who are devout Christians, becoming particularly close with Sylvester who was a Pastor at a church (details of events leading to Sylvester's alleged coercion can be viewed in "The Last Run"). 

At one stage Hendrik was staying in Durban at No, 26 Lancers Road, Berea ..... doing maintenance work at a supermarket called Checkout behind the Berea address and he was planning to go to Cape Town to coerce a young girl into smuggling drugs.
