He is a police informer, protected by the police. Has set up a number of people now in prison.

One inmate he set up is GB. GB went to Importer's home and asked to wait while Importer went downstairs to get something. Importer then phoned GB to get bag from table and take it downstairs to Importer. Importer had set trap: he had police waiting downstairs for GB. As soon as GB arrived downstairs, he was arrested by the police....as part of "November 2017 Operations.

Update Nov 2018: Importer has been released from CIC ... because police don't want him to involve them
