A: Jackie employs recruiters in Malaysia to find drug mules to send to HK and other places. At least 6 drug mules from Malaysia now in detention in HK (all arrested at Hong Kong airport) were recruited in Malaysia by Jackie's recruiters Segar and Chandru (who are twin brothers and who are now in detention: Segar in Malaysia, Chandru in the Philippines). At least three of the 6 HK inmates saw Jackie in HK on one or more occasions and are willing to testify against him. His Mobile-W/App in HK: +852 96690574 and +852-57222468. B: Segar A/L Nadarajan:
Segar claims to have sent many drug mules to Australia, South East Asia, Hong Kong and other places.
C: Chandru. c. 2017 he went with an Indian-Malaysian woman to Thai/Vn/Laos/Cambodia (?) with drugs. When they were arrested he arranged for the woman to have responsibility for the drugs. He went free. She got long prison sentence ...and hanged herself in prison. For which her family hostilely sought Chandru, who then fled to the Philippines ... where he was arrested on a drug trafficking charge.
D: Jackie said to have several passports of his own, and said to use other people's passports to allow him to leave and re-enter HK (.. asylum seekers not allowed to leave). Because Segar and Chandru were arrested, Jackie recently tried to get one of his former Malaysian drug mules - Gabriel - to become a recruiter of mules in Malaysia.
