I: The story of how one Pakistani asylum seeker was set-up by Lucky:
J: Letter from another asylum seeker, who himself was a registered police informer - willing to testify against Lucky:
K: Letters from another Pakistani who was set up by Lucky:
L: Another Pakistani set up by Lucky:
M: One more inmate whose letters have much info:
---------------------
N: It is difficult to process all the info about Lucky ... so many people involved...so many have similar names...some of the set-up people are inter-connected in the sense of setting each other up! There is even more information that could be added to the above. Can be done later.
O: With so much information and so many people willing to testify against Lucky, why don't they police arrest him? This is the big question. Answer: because he is an informer .... he provides regular victims to the police ... for which he gets protection ... and for which police get promotion. But isn't this illegal? Yes. So why does it happen? That is an even bigger question.
P: One inmate's futile attempt to get police to take action against Lucky sums up the whole situation. Note the huge amount of information he provides, yet it is still "insufficient to support a charge" - here and here
Q: One of Lucky's partners is Imran.
R: In June 2019 a drug mule from Kenya successfully delivered to Lucky. He is still doing business.
