Oche (Johnson/John/Lucky), a Nigerian who lives in Johannesburg South Africa

In January 2017 I twice met Oche in J'burg. Very friendly and very polite and very kind to me.

He appears in this Special Assignment program, describing in astonishing detail how he used to be a Drug Lord and the methods the Drug Lords use (... they have cooperators in police/immigration/customs in every country...)

But when I showed his photo to prisoners in Hong Kong, a group of them said he figured in their recent cases

He was/is an associate of Eric Mansaray
