A Bangladesh man, living in HK, who has sent many people, mainly asylum seekers, mostly fellow Bengalis, to prison in HK. He has HK ID

A: HK mobiles: 91494869 and 90397914

B: His home is 1/F of Star Mansion, 3 Minden Row, Tsim Sha Tsui

C:  He has many storerooms containing drugs and fake goods - at 52 Lok Road, TST - 2/F, 7/F, 9/F AND 13/F - also a room at 23 Lock Road

(and maybe this place also belongs to him?)

D: He is a police informer for 4(!) police teams: TST teams 1 & 5; YMT team 2; West Kln Headquarters team

E: He employs around 20 people selling drugs and fake goods on streets near entrance of Chung King Mansion and i-Square and in Mirador Mansion (one of his sellers is M. Tofail Ahamed

F: His brother runs a custom tailor shop on 7/F Imperial Building, 54-66 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon

  This brother is now running the business. Rubel is keeping low profile

G: Rubel's right hand man: Mohamad Asad Ussaman - mobile: 65919782 -  now in LCK. Arrested per routine inspection January with 10g near Marco Polo....arrested by police team who did not know him..... .has been in many fights...cases recorded at TST police station. Rubel visits him at LCK....offering money for his family + legal help.

L: More than a dozen inmates are willing to testify against Rubel, but police will not arrest him because he is an informer. So he continues to recruit victims and to distribute drugs and illegal goods on the streets of HK
