(more than one Desmond ... confusing...)

Desmond (Ogbemudia? Ebhonun?) lives 8/F of  Lucky House (Cnr Jordan/Nathan Rds..Exit B of Jordan MTR)...at lift on 8/F don't go left or right, but straight ahead...to unit with glass door...has subdivided rooms...in one of which Desmond lives with another Nigerian man. Desmond is short; other man tall. Desmond was arrested on marijuana charge in 2014-2015...was in LCK about a year....granted bail ....then acquitted? Desmond visited his cohort ..... in Stanley, Nov 2017 to Feb 2018.

He helped set up an Indonesian woman who used to be a domestic helper for Noble in Kam Tin. Noble got Desmond to arrange for her to take a small box from 13/F (right from lift) of Lucky House to TST Shangri La Hotel....and she was intercepted by police, by arrangement, in Mody Road on Aug 7, 2017. Woman one of several tricked by Desmond.
