(Typing this I have a sad feeling....an unwillingness/reluctance to type...because Noble was a good friend when I knew him in Lai Chi Kok Detention Centre for some two years. He faithfully attended my Friday morning prayer service each week. But since he is responsible for people going to prison, I must type. My hope being that Noble and other Big Fish would read this)

Noble Bernard, aka Neber Bernardo Amaral, a Nigerian with HK ID, married to a HK woman (whose father is a policeman), lived in Kam Tin. In early 2018 he moved back to Nigeria with his family. But he continues to be involved in HK cases .... parcels of drugs in the mail from Africa

1. Released from detention about 2014 after he won case of drug trafficking. His illegal bar in Chung King Mansion was closed down in 2016.

2. His HK phone number: ...... Last year he called me to say that if I continued to expose him, he would call the police

3. He uses a passport of Sierra Leone. Also a Mozambique passport with the name Neber Bernardo Amaral

4. Was seen in Sao Paulo by an inmate who was due to deliver drugs to him in HK

5. He receives drugs from South American mules

6. One of the local drug sellers who used to be supplied by Noble: .... at Stanley Prison...willing to testify against Noble.

7. Known by many inmates, men and women, in HK:

He set up an Indonesian woman who used to be his domestic helper in Kam Tin  ......  He got his Nigerian associate Desmond to arrange for her to take a small box from 13/F (right from lift) of Lucky House (Cnr Jordan/Nathan Rds...Exit B of Jordan MTR) to TST Shangri La Hotel....and she was intercepted by police, by arrangement, in Mody Road on Aug 7, 2017.

The above file was posted around midday today, July 24, 2018. At around 5pm, as I was coming home through Kowloon Park after a walk, who did I meet: Noble! Still very friendly and polite. Has put on a bit of weight. Looks well. I didn't have the courage to tell him about this file, but I did say "be careful, the police are looking for you". To which he said "no problem....everything is fine...I have a bar ....I visit prisoners often....my family has come back to HK with me....I don't know what you're talking about re people linking me with drugs" etc.
