Update 2020: Towards the end of 2019, he was seen in Guangzhou. And on January 29, 2020 I met a woman in South Africa who was sent by IK  from Malaysia to South America to take drugs in her body to China. Her story is here:

A Thai inmate in HK says she twice saw IK and woman in photo in Bangkok where they were speaking with "Jojo", the Nigerian who sent inmate to Sao Paolo then HK. inmate's story is here

B: 2017 letter in Chinese from a Mainland woman saying how she was tricked by IK in Guangzhou to take drugs from Guangzhou to Malaysia via Hong Kong ... where she was arrested in transit area of HK airport for drug trafficking. She is one of about 20 so tricked and so arrested in the past few years. About 10 them have been acquitted. The rest have been sentenced to long prison terms, or, like her, are awaiting trial.

F: One woman from Thailand was sent by IK to Sao Paolo , Brazil , to take drugs to Thailand . According to her, IK sometimes stayed in Bangkok , in Sukhumvit, in Soi 3, where he had a bar. This is exactly what was said by an inmate from South Africa at Stanley Prison. He says he saw IK several times at the bar. He says that in Bangkok IK works with Eric Mansaray ("Frank") who works with "John" (in Johannesburg). I went three times with a UK investigative reporter to the location of the bar - on Oct 26, 27, 28. We could not find IK but were told he is often in Bangkok, with the strong implication he still frequents the area.

The hotel in Guangzhou where IK spent one week in Sep/Oct 2015. Three nights of that week a Mainland inmate stayed with him at the same hotel. IK promised to marry her...before sending her to KL with drugs.

Q: In June 2018 I again went to Kuala Lumpur...to another building where IK sometimes stays. Security guards recognized his photos. I gave all my info to KL police, but no action so far. IK has two taxi licences in KL.
